Kristina Dimitriou is the Founder and Director of The Ballroom Company, a Perth dance studio specialising in dance education for schools and children, while also offering Ballroom, Latin and social dance programs for adults, workplaces and the wider community.

Kristina discovered her love of dance at the age of seven through a primary school "Learn to Dance" program. She went on to complete all DanceSport medal levels before competing nationally and internationally, winning multiple State titles, the Australian Youth Latin Championship, Under-21 Latin and Ballroom titles in the United States, and becoming a finalist at the prestigious UK International Championships.

Her career has included professional performance, choreography, creative direction and teaching dancers of all ages and abilities. She has delivered dance programs throughout Perth for schools, community groups and private students.

An accredited coach with DanceSport Australia and qualified in Community Coaching through the Australian Sports Commission, Kristina founded The Ballroom Company to create a welcoming environment where people can build confidence, develop lifelong skills, improve wellbeing and experience the joy of dance.
